Overview:

Today in class we will do a few class maintenance items:

- We will all log on to IC and check our grades

- We will go over the class syllabus

- We will discuss expectations for receiving a good grade in participation and why that is important in social studies

We will then continue our study in westward expansion and farming. We will read section 4 farming in the west and complete a handout on the section.

- Complete handout
