Overview:

Yesterday in class we took time to catch up. We finished our Chapter 16 crosswords, made folder, and signed out textbooks.

Today in class we will start our discussions on what happened after the Civil War. Today we will start to look at our interactions with plains Indians as we migrated West with the search for minerals, building of railroads, and farmimng.

We will read from a source document the Biography of Geronimo. We will take a look at the culture of the Apache. We will read how they believe everything began. Chapter 1 “the origins of the Apache”
